A survey will be provided on this web site and in a printed format at various locations throughout Strathcona County and Edmonton
The survey is for horse owners and non-horse owners
The Purpose:
- To create awareness that the horse industry has a huge impact in and around our community
- economic impact
- recreational impact
- To attract new, non-horse owners to become involved with horses and consider participation in horses as excellent recreational activities for the whole family
- Advocacy
- to strengthen the communication and interaction with our municipal government can only create a better environment within our community and make Strathcona County a desirable place to be, particularly for equine activities.
- To prove that "Strathcona County is the Horse Capital of Canada"
